Schedule Your Delivery for Success
To allow time for proper hydration, blooming, and designing, we strongly recommend scheduling your delivery 2–3 business days before your wedding or event date. This ensures your flowers have ample time to open up and reach their peak beauty.
Shipping Details:
- Carrier: FedEx Overnight
- Delivery Window: Orders arrive Tuesday–Friday (No weekend or Monday deliveries)
- Lead Time: Please place orders at least 10 days in advance, where possible to secure your preferred delivery date. Our full service wholesale orders are typically placed a minimum of 30 days prior to an event date, to ensure that there are no substitutions or shortages.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, so you can monitor its journey to you.
Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for (rare) carrier delays, so plan accordingly. If a signature is required and a recipient is unavailable to provide one, this can cause problems with your more delicate stems. Please have someone available to receive your order on your scheduled delivery date.
- Deliveries require someone available to receive and properly store the flowers upon arrival. We are not responsible for damage to flowers that have been left outside for extended periods of time in extreme weather (hot or cold). Please plan to have someone available to receive your order on its scheduled delivery date.
- Flowers arrive in a dormant state and will need several hours to a full day to hydrate and fully bloom before use..
