Our Process
How you go about ordering your flowers depends on how you curate your collection. If you choose from one of our pre-designed boxes or designer kits, the process can be completed in minutes, with just a few clicks:
- Select the curated box or designer kit that captures your aesthetic.
- Choose the size that will best suit your needs – whether you’re looking for a small collection for an elopement or bridal party bouquets, a medium collection for an intimate wedding that needs personals and only a few centerpieces, or a large box that will accommodate up to 10 centerpieces, plus personal florals. You can add additional stems to your order if you will need more.
- Select your delivery date, making sure that you allow 2 – 3 business days before your event date for delivery.
- Receive your flowers on the scheduled date and begin your design process.
You can also opt to meet with our floral designer, share your inspiration photos, and curate a kit that will meet your exact needs.
Our Custom Order Process
Planning a wedding is overwhelming. Coordinating your florals shouldn’t have to be. With Bespoke Blooms, our brides get the benefit of a full service design planning call with our lead floral designer, who can review inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, or walk through ideas for brides who are unfamiliar with individual blooms or who are unsure of the direction they’d like to take. Our designer helps our brides with the floral process, creating recipes that will enhance the wedding’s overall aesthetic (while keeping in mind the bride and bride squad’s time limitations for assembly and comfort level with florals), fit within budget constraints, and that will help brides avoid over-ordering.
Because we are full service florists with established wholesaler relationships, we are able to offer brides access the unique stems florists use to create our arrangements, which may not be available through retail options, or which become cost-prohibitive through traditional floral wholesale to consumer websites.
Following the design call with an actual, working floral designer (not a customer service rep), brides are presented with floral grids and mood boards that detail each stem included in your order, as well as floral conditioning and care instructions, floral recipes that will walk you through your assembly process stem-by-stem, and how-to tutorials on designing (and transporting) your pieces. Need extra help? We offer full service solutions to assist with the assembly and delivery process.
