Flower bars are quickly becoming a must-have at celebrations of all kinds. More than just an activity, a flower bar allows guests to craft their own personalized floral arrangements, creating meaningful, colorful, and one-of-a-kind favors to take home. Build Your Bloom Bar

Start with an estimated guest count for your event. Estimate 5 – 7 stems for small bouquets, 10 – 12 stems per medium bouquet, and 15 – 20 stems for large bouquets, mixing focal flowers, filler flowers, and greenery options so that guests can let their creativity shine. Offer a mix of form flowers, line flowers, fller flowers, and greenery so that guests can vary their bouquets, and consider using a color scheme so that all guests’ bouquets work well together, and no one gets stuck with mismatched leftovers.

Choose your delivery date (8 days’ advance notice is required for all orders, but we recommend ordering as early as possible to secure your stems from our farms. Please select a delivery date that is two days before your event to allow stems time to hydrate and open), and plan your bar by choosing from our selection of vases and buckets or shopping your own at your hobby store of choice.

Don’t Forget The Tools!

Whether you shop these at your local hobby store or order through us, having sharp, clean clippers is essential to maximizing the vase life of your flowers. Dirty scissors can introduce bacteria into the stems and quickly dirty the water. Plant food or (shh!) a teaspoon of sugar and a couple drops of bleach in each bucket will also ensure maximum bloom time and beautiful keepsake arrangements.

On arrival, follow our care instructions and place on stem of each variety in each vase for easy designing! Stock extra vases for arranging, or use ribbon, kraft paper, tissue paper, or cellophane to wrap bouquets for guests to take home!
