Setting up a Bloom Bar fundraiser is easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. Circulate an order form, allowing parents and grandparents to pre-order the number of bouquets they’d like to create on the bloom bar day.

2. Send us your bouquet order totals so that we can create a customized bloom bar kit for you.

3. Receive the bloom bar kit and prep the stems and event space with the help of school volunteers:

• Utilize a common space like the gym, library, or multipurpose room.
• Set up tables lined with baskets of fresh flowers.
• Guests select a set number of focal stems, filler stems, and greenery to design their own bouquets.
• Each Bloom Bar ticket purchases one bouquet, with the option to order extras for family, friends, and loved ones—making it easy to celebrate while supporting a local business.
• Our team provides guidance on pricing and helps customize a kit based on pre-sold bouquet totals for the event. Each kit also comes with bouquet wrappers that your team can personalize with stickers showcasing your organization’s logo or information.
